Posting No. 535. This is a limited edition sake with an alcohol content of 16%, no filtration, and undisclosed specs other than Junmai. It was released again this year and I was able to purchase it. When I drank it, it had a juicy, raw taste, with a hint of acidity and sweetness, but not strong. The aroma is gorgeous, as is typical of the Machida sake brewery. We enjoyed it again this year. Posting No. 528 This is a limited edition sake from a liquor store in Yokote city, made from a rice called Gin no Sei. It has a very strong sweetness when you drink it. It also has acidity, but it is not sweet and sour, it has a very good balance.
