This sake is brewed using a technique based on the raw yeast, natural yeast, and Edo period literature.
It has a heavy acidity when you drink it. It is orikarami, but has no peculiar peculiarity. It does not have a strong aroma or sweetness, but it is a very tasty sake with a rich flavor.
