When I opened the bottle, it blew out with all my might. I was sad that it blew out so much that it was too good to be true, but I was even sadder when I drank it and found it delicious. I thought again that I like this kind of champagne-like drink. I wanted to drink more!

I used to think it was delicious at the restaurant and wanted to drink it. It was also delicious when I drank it at home. The sweetness from the fruity aroma stands out and the sweetness lingers in the mouth.

A sake from Kanagawa, where I live, took first place, so I definitely wanted to drink it and bought it. It has a gorgeous aroma, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and then the characteristic Junmai Daiginjo rice flavor. It has a sour taste at the end. Even though it is a junmai daiginjo, it was easy to drink. Delicious.

First comes the sweetness, then the fruitiness spreads in the mouth, and finally the alcohol taste of sake comes in. I had it with sashimi, and it went well with it.

I drank it on the rocks, just as it says on the label. The first sip was very strong and refreshing, and it smelled like sake. As the ice melted, it became smooth and easy to drink.

Trying the dry taste As the label says, the umami comes first, followed by the dryness. I am happy to be able to encounter a variety of sake.

Purchased at Koyama Shoten First comes a refreshing aroma before it enters the mouth, and then it is thick and umami in the mouth. At the end, you feel the dry sharpness.
