Akitsuho Polishing ratio 66 Fruity aroma and a sense of gas from the wind forest. You can also feel Shinmasa. I liked it better than Colors because it was easier to drink. It is better to drink it as soon as possible because the acidity gets stronger. I like it!

True white OMACHI Polishing ratio 50%. This one is sweeter. It goes in and disappears quickly. I like ✩✩✩✩ True red Yumachi 50% polished rice More bitter at the end than the white one. I love ✩✩✩✩✩ Both have a very nice aroma.

I wonder what kind of sake this would be? I wonder if it's junmai. It was fragrant and light, just right for the first drink! It looked like it had been open for a few days and was easy to drink! I like ✩✩✩✩
