Sake degree -6.9 Rice used: Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. The fruity flavor, similar to that of Jyushidai-style wines, spreads as soon as one drinks it, with some guidance from Takagi Shuzo. This year, the alcohol content has been increased by 1 degree to 16 degrees. The aftertaste is tangy, which is characteristic of nama-zake and to my liking. It is clever and clever. I personally think it's the best among Hanamura's sake, except for Aizan, which is not seen very often. I want to drink it again.

Long-sought-after Asahitaka The best I've had at home recently. Considering the price and taste, it is truly one of the perfect sake. I would like to try the cold-stored sake in the summer.

Rice Polishing Ratio Unknown Alcohol content 15%. It has a clean, refreshing taste with little sweetness. I drank it over the course of about a week, and the taste never changed from the first time I opened it to the last time I drank it.

Sake content -10 Rice polishing ratio 50%. Yeast used: Kurashiki yeast D-29, D-121 Alcohol content 8%. I was curious to see what it would taste like, so I bought it. It's not very fruity, and you can taste the watery and delicate rice flavor. It's very easy to drink, like an elegant rice juice.

Sake content -5 Rice polishing ratio 50%. Yeast used: Kameyama yeast Alcohol content 16%. It has a rich sweetness and umami taste. This is delicious. LOL! The taste seems to change in a good way every day after opening the bottle, and you can enjoy the change from a strong sweetness to a gentle and deep sweetness. This is a very high quality raw sake. I want to drink it again.

Sake content +15 Rice polishing ratio 65 Yeast used: Sexy Yamamoto Alcohol content 16%. This sake is very fresh and sharp. It is light and easy to drink. It's like a light, dry sake like Niigata's, but you can also taste the flavor of the rice. It is probably better to drink this as a sake during meals. Especially when paired with seafood, I think it brings out the flavor of the ingredients even more. I want to drink it again.

Nigori fire-aged sake with red yeast. The label is cute. Laughing, I was told that the best way to enjoy it is to heat it up hot and then pour it over vanilla ice cream. I first tried it cold, but it had a slight sweetness and a sourness like acerola, probably due to its color. The acidity may be quite strong. It is refreshing and easy to drink. When heated, the acidity and umami become stronger, and the aftertaste is more refreshing. It goes well with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and milk ice cream. The alcohol content is low at 11%, so even those who don't like sake will enjoy drinking it.

Ichibai Suisei Tavadare is apparently the part of the sake that naturally flows out of the tank without pressure during the pressing process. It has an apple-like sweetness, and the sweetness is elegant and moderate. It also has a freshness unique to new sake that is refreshing to the senses. Very tasty! This time I bought it in a 4-gallon bottle, but if I were to drink it lazily, I could probably finish a whole bottle in a day. A limited edition sake from Suzuki Shuzo. In the mouth, one senses a deep rice flavor and a spread of melon-like sweetness. The aftertaste is a gusto of alcohol, and you can enjoy its lingering aftertaste even after drinking. The alcohol content is a bit high for a sake in its original state, but perhaps this is due to its characteristic sweetness, making it very easy to drink. This sake is delicious on its own, but I thought it would also go well with tuna sashimi, red liver, and pasta with a lot of garlic. I would like to drink it again.

Delicious and super sweet. I think it's a berry type sweetness. The moment you put it in your mouth, it is immediately sweet. The sweetness spreads as you roll it around on your tongue, but the aftertaste disappears quickly, leaving no messy aftertaste. Because it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, there is a bit of a bite to it. It would be better to drink it in small sips rather than gulping it down. I was surprised to find such an intensely sweet sake in Niigata, which has a strong image of light and dry sake. I would like to drink it again.

Needless to say, this is a hard-to-find sake. The owner of the liquor store I visited last week had the good sense to buy it for me. It has a strong, elegant aroma of tropical fruits. It's a deep sake that makes you wonder if it's wine for a moment. When you roll it around on your tongue and drink it, it has a nice sourness. The sourness is not at all overpowering, and you can feel the sourness turning into a delicious taste. It's so delicious that it feels really good. It's a shame to drink so much of it. I prepared a few snacks, but they were probably not necessary because the sake was so delicious. I want to drink again.

Is it just barely sweet? The flavor of the rice is concentrated, but the aftertaste is not as messy as I expected. Delicious! Freshly opened and a little gassy.
