Ichibai Suisei Tavadare is apparently the part of the sake that naturally flows out of the tank without pressure during the pressing process.
It has an apple-like sweetness, and the sweetness is elegant and moderate. It also has a freshness unique to new sake that is refreshing to the senses. Very tasty!
This time I bought it in a 4-gallon bottle, but if I were to drink it lazily, I could probably finish a whole bottle in a day. This time I bought a 4-gallon bottle, but if I drank it lazily, I could probably finish the whole bottle in a day. I would like to drink it again.
