ばーばぱぱ
A limited edition sake from Suzuki Shuzo. In the mouth, one senses a deep rice flavor and a spread of melon-like sweetness. The aftertaste is a gusto of alcohol, and you can enjoy its lingering aftertaste even after drinking. The alcohol content is a bit high for a sake in its original state, but perhaps this is due to its characteristic sweetness, making it very easy to drink.
This sake is delicious on its own, but I thought it would also go well with tuna sashimi, red liver, and pasta with a lot of garlic. I would like to drink it again.
