ばーばぱぱ
Needless to say, this is a hard-to-find sake. The owner of the liquor store I visited last week had the good sense to buy it for me.
It has a strong, elegant aroma of tropical fruits. It's a deep sake that makes you wonder if it's wine for a moment. When you roll it around on your tongue and drink it, it has a nice sourness. The sourness is not at all overpowering, and you can feel the sourness turning into a delicious taste. It's so delicious that it feels really good. It's a shame to drink so much of it.
I prepared a few snacks, but they were probably not necessary because the sake was so delicious. I want to drink again.
