It still has a tropical flavor. It has a rich rice flavor, which may be due to the fact that it has been aged. It is delicious.
Come to think of it, this might be the first time I've seen a bottle of Private Labo. LOL!
The flavor of the rice is well balanced with a light and refreshing taste. This is my first time drinking Kamikimoto, but I personally like it very much.

Raspberry-like acidity. It was very easy to drink, sweet and sour, and I drank more and more lol.
Since the nigori sake thickens at the end of drinking, I mixed it with tonic water and it tasted like a new cocktail. LOL!

It has a rich rice aroma, like when you visit a sake brewery. This unique aroma is addictive. Delicious. And the bottle is stylish, too.
Stable taste and drinkability. Compared to Omachi, the sweetness and aroma are a little more subdued and the taste is more watery (but still delicious enough).
Slightly woody aroma. A unique taste that makes it hard to tell for a moment if it is sake or not. At any rate, it is easy to drink and I drank it all in one day.

The bottle was opened on the first Friday of the year.
Umu-umu. Aroma like yogurt and grapefruit. I wonder if it is similar to Ecru or Lapis...? However, I wonder if the aroma is more subdued than the strong fresh aroma of the Colors type... I don't know. Laughing, there is no Shinsei's characteristic shwashiness. Once you start drinking it, you can't stop. LOL.

Stable taste. The sweetness is like some kind of syrup. The spread of the umami is the best among all the Isshiro we drank this year, and the aftertaste lingers strongly. I like the guttural umami of Isshiro Funadare, but I also like this one. LOL!
