Kinmon Series 1 It's a nostalgic feeling as if you've drunk it before. The drink smoothly adapts to the tongue. It's moderately sweet and a little rich, like a lactic acid soft drink. It has a unique sake aftertaste, but it goes down smoothly. In fact, it has a well-balanced, honorable taste in cold, but in hot, it has a sharp taste that highlights the sweetness, richness, and flavor. It goes well with both weak and strong tasting alcoholic beverages. ⚫︎ Rating 3.8/5.0

A cup of sweetness. It has a heavy sweetness, like caramel and honey, that stands out. I doubt that it is really sake. When I drank it cold, it was more like a dessert than a sake, which was very impressive. It is more appropriate for an after-dinner drink than an intra-meal drink. Western cheese and bacon go well with snacks. A champagne glass or a wide mouth glass is better than a sake cup, and you can enjoy the aroma as well as the taste. It was expensive, but I was excited to buy it, because it was a lot of premiums: "aged in oak barrels for 3 years," "limited to 750 bottles," "noble brewed sake" and "collaboration". I want to applaud Raifuku for betraying my expectations in a good way. ⚫︎Rating : 3.9 / 5.0

A complicated cup of tea. Bitterness → Sourness → Sweetness, a complex mixture of flavors. When placed on the tongue for a certain amount of seconds, the carbonation's characteristic crispiness is also felt. With a rice polishing ratio of 90%, you might have thought there would be a lot of bitterness, but the full flavor of the "rice" has been pushed to the fore. I'm convinced that the label says it's a "drinkable rice". Another unique feature is that they don't use sake rice. I didn't see any significant characteristics to the taste, but ...... Warmed up, the fullness of the wine was further refined and it was easier to drink. ⚫︎ Rating : 2.8 / 5.0

A supreme drink. My favorite drink in the history of life. It's here. It's a combination of sake and plum wine and my top two favorite drinks of all time. I happened to find it in a liquor store once, where you can drink all the sake you want, and I was hooked on dotsots. As soon as I drank it, a voice came down from the heavens and said, "This is it," echoing in my head. I came back and bought it in seconds. It is characterized by the rich flavor of plum wine and a complex flavor like that of cram wine. It has a slightly rotten, peculiar plum aroma, which is very appealing. The color is also muddy and the density is apparent. This is the result of the manufacturer's persistence in concentrating the original flavor of the ingredients without any filtration, preservatives, coloring agents or other additives. As is the case with plum wine, my favorite way to drink it is on the rocks in a whiskey glass, but considering the sake factor, a hot glass is also a no-brainer. This is a great way to try home-aged old sake. I'm glad to be alive. ⚫︎Rating 4.9 / 5.0

An unconventional drink. Since it was described as a 2017 bye from the sake brewing process, I thought it might have a special flavor and acidity, but it seemed relatively easy for anyone to drink. For some reason, the label, which symbolizes the sake brewing and the dragonfly, arouses a nostalgic feeling and we never get tired of looking at it. If you drink it cold or at room temperature, there is something lacking in it, so we tried it warmed up and it was very good. This was a monster. When I tried it with the strong tasting hormone, the fatty flavor was offset and the taste was mild. Cheese and freshwater fish would also go well with this dish. I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble choosing a sake or doesn't want to make a mistake, but the lack of distinctive features will not be popular with connoisseurs. ⚫︎Rating 3.0 / 5.0

A drink like honey. It is a new type of wine with a richness and ripeness that is outstanding. It is also known as the Japanese version of dessert wine, and it is the best after-dinner drink. However, it is not too sweet and has a good acidity, and it has a refreshing aftertaste. The golden, beautiful color is reminiscent of sap and honey. At 360ml, it's about the same as the average price of a typical quadruple, so the feeling is a little more upscale. The rice ratio is 88%, but the impression is that there is little bitterness and the original sweetness of the rice has been pushed to the front. The connoisseurs will love it. ⚫︎ Rating 3.6/5.0

A drink you want to keep at home. Clear and easy to drink, fruity aroma, persistent finish, and a slight richness intertwined like a piece of the puzzle. An all-rounder that can be used in any vessel, at any temperature, and with any kind of appropriation. My personal favorite is gulping and room temperature. This year's Hiyaoroshi Festival has just begun, so enjoy a variety of autumn dishes such as saury and mushrooms, as well as a hot cup of oden. ⚫︎Rating: 4.2 / 5.0

A drink that changes its face with temperature. At first I tried it cold or at room temperature and it was just a generic, uncharacteristic mountain waste type drink, but once it was heated up it was incredibly delicious. It was like a girl who can change her impression of the drink with makeup. There is a word on the label that I'm not familiar with, "mizumizushi", and according to my research, it's characterized by umami x kokuchi x sour aftertaste. Also known as "Bodashizushi", this is a traditional method of producing sour water called "Soyashi-sui", and breeding the brewer's mother-of-pearl using the sour water. It has a unique sourness that comes from the natural lactic acid bacteria used to make the best use of soybean water. It ranks as one of the best drinks to drink with dinner in winter. It is also good for when you want to drink alone. ⚫︎Rating 4.3 / 5.0 (when heated)

A cup of fun for the tongue. The unique "bumpiness" of doburoku dances on the tongue, making it an enjoyable experience not found in ordinary sake. Plump flavors with a slightly sour aftertaste create an explosive chemistry. When mixed with milk in a 5:5 ratio, the fullness of the doburoku flavor is lost, but the good parts (fullness, sweet and sour harmony) are offset. When warmed up, the fullness of the doburoku is more rounded and rich in flavor. I like it warmed > cold > at room temperature, in that order. With a strength of 6%, it is as easy to drink as amazake, and is gentle to beginners and women alike. It is also very healthy and healthy to drink. The sweet doburoku has a strength of 12 degrees or less and I would like to try the dry doburoku next time. ⚫︎Rating 3.7 / 5.0

An unusual drink. It's a sake based tea brew with a touch of Earl Grey, not the usual Japanese sake. The first time I went to a liquor store I found in my neighborhood, I casually bought it because I was curious about it. In a word, the taste is not Japanese sake anymore. A sweet aroma, reminiscent of a certain Kahlua Milk, envelops you. However, there is also a hint of the taste of Japanese sake. The elegant aroma and the rich taste are exquisitely mingled in this sake. Rock is supreme, but it's even better with milk. There are many other ways to enjoy this drink. The No. 1 drink to drink when you want to relax. ⚫︎Rating 3.0 / 5.0

A drink full of clarity. The first drink, when you drink it cold, the mouthfeel is simple and free of any chaos, just like water. The aftertaste is well-balanced and honorable. It might be a little light and crisp. If you drink it at room temperature, the "refreshing flavor" typical of the Crane Age will fade away, so it is better to drink it chilled. Drinking it in a champagne glass simplifies the taste even more and makes it easier to drink. Recommended. It's a little short for an after-dinner drink, but it's perfect for an in-between meal or when you're in the mood for a quick drink. Still, the label is beautiful. ⚫︎Rating 3.2 / 5.0

An impact drink. The first place in history for its flavor and unique aroma. The taste on the palate is full of flavor and richness, but the finish is crisp and light. Only those who can cope with this change and who are compatible with it will like this sake. This is the perfect sake for those who want to feel the "original flavor of rice" as an after-dinner drink. The color is a beautiful yellowish-gold color, unlike the traditional transparent sake. It has more depth and richness than the previous Ni-Hare, which was made from 100% Yamada Nishiki, because it is 100% Omachi rice. The Ni-Hare is well-balanced and can be used in a variety of ways, such as temperature changes, food to match, and containers. Personally, it might be my favorite (as an after-dinner drink) ever. ⚫︎ Rating 4.0/5.0

Fruity. Mellow, including a mellow, cheese-like aroma. It was very mild on the tongue and gave me a sense of relief as if I were wrapped in a futon. When you drink it in a wine glass, the aroma comes directly to your nose, and the word "taste it through the aroma" suits you. As the name implies, the second half of the show took on a different face as time and temperature changed. The fact that they used 100% Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, made me feel luxurious. I'd like to compare it with other sake rice next time. Overwhelmingly, a food drink. ⚫︎Rating 4.2 / 5.0

Mostly juice. Meet the ladies and the sake newbies. This is the kind of drink that turned the concept of sake on its head. The snacks were simple, I got the octopus with olives. Something less salty and lighter would go well with the others. It tastes like Calpis, and the aroma of fermentation sticks to your tongue. The cloudy color of the wine also overwhelms the sensation. ⚫︎Rating 3.0 / 5.0

One word of stability. It goes well with both cold and hot. Personally, I like the standard room temperature version because you can feel the uniqueness of the Otter. This is a great sake that can be enjoyed by everyone from beginners to experts. The strong flavored/habitual snacks work well together in a mild way and there is almost no room for error. An all-rounder for any time of year, snacks and temperature. Perfect for the beginner. ⚫︎Rating 3.8 / 5.0

It's for "ice-cold shots" and the colder it is, the better it tastes. It goes well with lightly flavored snacks, but at the same time, you need to be careful in your choice. When it comes back to room temperature, it loses all of its crisp, delicious essence, and it's always better to keep it chilled in the freezer. Sparkling glass is the best fit. Tsundere. Sucks if you miss the right moment to drink it. It's hard to handle, but if you know what you like, you'll be addicted to it. It's a must for summer. I want to try the sparkling too. ⚫︎Rating 2.8 / 5.0
