A cup of fun for the tongue. The unique "bumpiness" of doburoku dances on the tongue, making it an enjoyable experience not found in ordinary sake. Plump flavors with a slightly sour aftertaste create an explosive chemistry. When mixed with milk in a 5:5 ratio, the fullness of the doburoku flavor is lost, but the good parts (fullness, sweet and sour harmony) are offset. When warmed up, the fullness of the doburoku is more rounded and rich in flavor. I like it warmed > cold > at room temperature, in that order. With a strength of 6%, it is as easy to drink as amazake, and is gentle to beginners and women alike. It is also very healthy and healthy to drink. The sweet doburoku has a strength of 12 degrees or less and I would like to try the dry doburoku next time. ⚫︎Rating 3.7 / 5.0
