Shin
Fruity.
Mellow, including a mellow, cheese-like aroma. It was very mild on the tongue and gave me a sense of relief as if I were wrapped in a futon.
When you drink it in a wine glass, the aroma comes directly to your nose, and the word "taste it through the aroma" suits you.
As the name implies, the second half of the show took on a different face as time and temperature changed.
The fact that they used 100% Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, made me feel luxurious. I'd like to compare it with other sake rice next time.
Overwhelmingly, a food drink.
