It has more depth and richness than the previous Ni-Hare, which was made from 100% Yamada Nishiki, because it is 100% Omachi rice. The Ni-Hare is well-balanced and can be used in a variety of ways, such as temperature changes, food to match, and containers.
Personally, it might be my favorite (as an after-dinner drink) ever.
