Shin
A cup of sweetness.
It has a heavy sweetness, like caramel and honey, that stands out. I doubt that it is really sake. When I drank it cold, it was more like a dessert than a sake, which was very impressive.
It is more appropriate for an after-dinner drink than an intra-meal drink. Western cheese and bacon go well with snacks. A champagne glass or a wide mouth glass is better than a sake cup, and you can enjoy the aroma as well as the taste.
It was expensive, but I was excited to buy it, because it was a lot of premiums: "aged in oak barrels for 3 years," "limited to 750 bottles," "noble brewed sake" and "collaboration". I want to applaud Raifuku for betraying my expectations in a good way.
