Bitterness → Sourness → Sweetness, a complex mixture of flavors. When placed on the tongue for a certain amount of seconds, the carbonation's characteristic crispiness is also felt.
With a rice polishing ratio of 90%, you might have thought there would be a lot of bitterness, but the full flavor of the "rice" has been pushed to the fore. I'm convinced that the label says it's a "drinkable rice".
Another unique feature is that they don't use sake rice. I didn't see any significant characteristics to the taste, but ......
Warmed up, the fullness of the wine was further refined and it was easier to drink.
