Released only in leap years.
Mellow and delicious. Rich mouthfeel and aroma, but with a pungent taste that pulls away quite sharply.
This is good. The best!
Yum, yum, yum, yum!
I can't get enough of it. The aroma and the mouthfeel are fresh and full, but once you take a sip, you instantly feel the freshness and crispness. I can't get enough of it.
It has a strong sense of nama-zake, but it also has a refreshing and spicy sharpness that disappears quickly.
You can taste both the mellowness of nama-shu and the sharpness of spicy sake.
Nama sake. The mouthfeel is sweet, but it comes off as rather sharp. It is not spicy. It is better to drink before or after a simple sashimi or other simple snack, such as sesame tofu or grilled food flavored with miso. It was delicious.
Don't forget if you don't write it down right then and there.
But I remember it was intensely delicious. w
I think it was not too sweet and had a good balance of umami and freshness.
Hello.
Thank you for drinking sake from my hometown, Minamiaizu-cho. The brewery is a 5-minute walk from my parents' house. And I am on a shopping trip back home right now and I am right in front of the national government. (lol)
The mouthfeel is a gush of sweetness and a high 16% alcohol feeling, but it quickly recedes. It is a tsundere. The maker is said to be a one-man operation.
