I've always been curious about this "Glorious Fuji" but never picked it up. I was curious about the label, so I bought it for the first time 🐻. I was so impressed with the taste, and wished I had picked it up sooner. And I regret that I should have picked it up earlier. Yamagata Prefecture is home to not only Jyushiyo and Kudokibe, but also Eikoufuji and many other great sake brands.

The design of the snake charmer and the rabbit disguised as a snake printed on the bottle is very unique and cute 🐇. Sweet ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is full of gentle sweetness and rice flavor. The fruity 🍎 taste and moderate acidity 🫧 to a slight bitterness and spiciness give it a refreshing throat feel. It is very easy to drink with a fresh taste. Erhato, a truly delicious sake.

Since the wife's homemade New Year's dishes are the top priority in our refrigerator, we had the "UA snowman" lying quietly in a corner of the refrigerator. As soon as we opened the bottle, it was a big battle against spills 🫧🫧. It has a sweet ginjo aroma. It has a fluffy sweetness like cotton snow and a dry and refreshing taste with quite a bit of shwashiness. A little sweeter than the Snowman.

The first time in my life, I had a Niida Sake. I selected a sake from Fukushima for Christmas Eve. From the name of Melon 3,33, I thought it would be very sweet and fruity, but it is surprisingly refreshing and dry. Fukushima sake is delicious. Merry Christmas🎄!

First time in my life, takachiyos. The supernatant is slightly fruity with a gentle sweetness. It is delicious and easy to drink with no sweetness and a clean aftertaste. When the cage is mixed, the lactic acidity is followed by a bitter sensation that comes on crisp and tight, like the spin kick of a Benny Dee. This aftertaste is delicious and unlike any other I have experienced.

Tenbi for the first time in my life. Here are my impressions after drinking Tenbi after Kangiku. The supernatant has a slight sweetness, a chirichiri sensation, a slight spiciness and bitterness, and a smooth, crisp finish. When mixed with orikiri, the flavor of the rice can be felt even more. It is refreshing and easy to drink.

I won the lottery and bought this Jyushidai at a fixed price. This may be the first and last time I can drink it at home. The taste is clear and very gentle. Without bias, Jyushiyo has a very special taste. It is a delicious sake that conveys the ambition of the sake brewer.
