It is a summer sake from the moon after rain. The aroma is fruity and refreshing. It has a light sweetness with a strong acidity. After that, there is a light astringency. Delicious!

This is my first Kougetsu. I thought it would be a higher grade version of Daishinshu, but this one costs 3,300 yen for a bottle. I was told that the distributors are more limited than those of Daishinshu. The aroma is soft and gorgeous, and the taste is beautiful. The taste is beautifully balanced with a bitter taste at the end. The taste is mellow and dry. It is delicious.

This time, the snokle is called Yuyamanishiki. I have never heard of this sake rice. Well, it seems to be a pichischuwa like Snoqualmie. I think there is more ori this time. It's no longer an ori-tangled sake, but a muddy sake. The grapeiness is really delicious! I haven't had all of Snoqualmie. But this time it's pretty good!

Daimine's summer sake. I bought it because an old lady at the liquor store was pushing it to other customers. It is sweet and juicy. Slightly bitter. I think the sweetness lingers.

Akabu's summer sake ogara-mi The summery blue lettering and bottle color The red helmeted warrior attracts the eye. The taste is well-balanced with acidity, sweetness, and umami. It is refreshing and sharp. It is good on a hot day. There are a lot of summer sakes out there. It is still cold at night in Hokkaido.

The last of my GW home-buying spree was a Dubuque. I was looking forward to this one. And it's a Kame-no-o. Fresh, raw, slightly fizzy. Rich flavor and sweetness. It's like Kameizumi's CEL24. Delicious!

Third bottle purchased during GW return trip. Yamada Nishiki by Machida Shuzo. This is also delicious! It is directly pumped and has a gaseous taste. It is fresh and juicy, but refreshing.

Purchased while returning to Obihiro. Nabeshima was sold normally. This is the first time I have had a special pure rice. It has a gassy, sweet, refreshing taste with a lingering bitterness. I want to drink it while eating meat with gusto.

I bought this Morishima during my wife's trip to her parents' home in GW. It is said to be dry, but it also has a strong umami flavor. It has a mellow dry taste. The bitterness follows and it is very sharp. It is a sake that can be drunk by itself. It is delicious.

This time at Kouei Chrysanthemum is Halcyon. It's a new one from this year. The alcohol content is 15, which is high for Koei Kiku. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the impact of acidity. The sweetness is refreshing, and the bitterness chases after it. It might be better to leave this one for a while.

Nikkomaru Nama Hashiroshi, made from the raw yeast of the sake brewing process. The firm umami stands out. The acidity is strong with a hint of muscateliness. There is no nastiness, and it disappears nicely. It is really delicious.

It was said to be a test brew for St. It is a white malted rice brewed sake. There are quite a lot of them these days. This is seriously delicious. Sweet and juicy with refreshing acidity. It has a nice sharpness. In my opinion, the test was a great success.

It's been a long time since I've been in the world of Rakugo. It has been a year and a half. Still thick and heavy. The cemedine is quite strong. It leaves a bitter aftertaste. This is a hard one to like. I guess you have to choose who you drink it with. I don't dislike it, but it's quite strong and habit-forming.
