This was the No. 1 sake available at supermarkets in Danchu. This quality is excellent for about 1,200 yen including tax. It is an authentic sake with sweetness, richness, acidity, and the beauty and mellowness of a Junmai Daiginjo. Certainly one to buy at the supermarket!

Dry and easy to pair with food. It is nicely integrated and easy to drink. I hadn't had this wine in about 10 years because it had recently been at a premium and I hadn't had a chance to drink it. However, I personally don't understand why it is at such a premium. It is very tasty, though.
