Tedorigawa純米大吟醸 ひやおろし

We got a lot of horse mackerels that we caught in the morning, so we decided to make "Nameko" and then sake (Japanese rice wine)! So I bought a bottle of Tetorigawa Junmai Daiginjo Hiyoroshi at the liquor store!
