I made homemade vinegared mackerel, so I went to the liquor store to find the right sake to go with it!
I was attracted by the name "Umizuki" and the moon on the lapel, and when I looked at the back of the lapel, I saw that it goes well with seafood, so I bought it.
The liquor store said, "It's a limited edition of the first grandchild!
When drunk cold, it is not too spicy nor too sweet, but has a nice balance of flavors. When you put it in your mouth after eating vinegared mackerel or grilled mackerel, it goes well with the mackerel that has fat on it!
I thought KAIGETSU was "jellyfish", but it is "umitsuki", isn't it?
