Shin Tsuchida because there was a celebration.
I opened the bottle a week ago to coincide with this day and let it air out (^^).
Maybe after 10 days or so it will taste more to my liking, but since it was a celebration, we all toasted 🍶.
It's really interesting how it gets better as the days go by! You can taste the flavor of the rice and it becomes mellow.
I love the way it makes you feel like you're nurturing the sake~!
