Salted mackerel tastes best with ponzu (green onion), and when you're an adult, eggplant is unusually delicious.

It uses Hitomebore, which is produced in Miyagi Prefecture. The flavor of the rice rushes through. Just the right amount of dryness.

魚よりは甘塩っぱいタレの串焼き、ホルモン焼きと仲良さそう。
