The first thing I felt was a melon? No, no, no, orange? (I've never felt that before) Like a ginjo aroma! It has a freshness that is reminiscent of fresh sake, with a tingle on the tongue and an explosion of sweetness and flavor! There is no lactic acid scent typical of mountain waste. The aftertaste has a nice bitterness that tightens and refreshes! I was expecting the pineapple type of Junmai Ginjo, but it's giving me a different taste! It's also good 🥰 too good 🥰. A bottle of wine is not enough! I'll have to go back tomorrow to buy this thing, this is a ministry.

Summer's in full swing! I don't want to listen to the cicadas in the morning because they are too noisy, but when I hear the cicadas in the evening, I think deeply that it's summer. Today, we'll be opening a bottle of Hirotogawa Special Junmai. The scent of melon that passes through the nose. Is it the sweetness of the rice, or is it the flavor? I could feel it firmly, and the softness and acidity seemed to balance it out! Today, I paired it with seafood, but it's a versatile sake that goes with everything! Holy shit, here's to a wonderful sake encounter!

I've been wanting to drink it after reading everyone's postings on Sake-no-Wa! I thought it would be a fruity sake, but it's got flavor and sourness, and as you can see on the back label, it's perfect for a mid-meal drink! A summer of love I hope we meet again next year!

It's been raining a lot this year. It was a rainy season that made me cry at work😢 The weather forecast doesn't declare the end of the rainy season yet, but I'm sure it's over.  I think I'm going to drink summer sake today! I couldn't resist and drank a beer first.  First of all, the rich ginjo aroma! It's nice and tingly in the mouth, with just the right amount of gas! Then it's followed by a fluffy deliciousness that spreads out! from - a crisp, dry finish😊 Yum! It's very cool and refreshing 🤔 Should I have bought it in a bottle 🤔 I may have liked this one a lot! You can't miss out on anything with the Chayang Fudzu!

This sake is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo made by six breweries in Hagi and Abu in Yamaguchi Prefecture using Yamada Nishiki from Hagi and Abu, respectively. It's a limited edition of 3,000 bottles, available only at a liquor store in Yamaguchi Prefecture. I just happened to find this one 😋 Describing each flavor into one is a huge challenge for this stupid tongue... 😱No, it's impossible. I'll just eat it without thinking about it!  I took a sip and it was different from what I imagined. It's easy to drink, though I thought it would have a complex taste. The balance of sweet, sour, and bitter is so good... It's a soft, gently enveloping drink that will have you drinking one more drink after another! It's the kind of drink that doesn't make you feel like you're being beaten by the Corona and pushing it away tightly, but it's the kind of drink that flutters away. (I'm not sure I'm getting it right... ´ºººº) I'm anxious to get through the recent day after day of information about corona cases, but I hope to get through it somehow. Let's keep up the good work until one day we beat the corona.

They had a drink out last year! I just don't remember 🤔 This is my first time drinking at home. One sip and the flavor spreads out - here! It's good on its own, and I can feel the sweetness of the ministry, but the goodness, it flutters! But the sourness you feel afterwards is wonderful. I think good sake has a wonderful sour taste, what do you guys think?

The rainy season has not yet ended, but the cicadas have been buzzing a lot since this morning. The weather is clear and it's already summer! And I feel good about it 😀 This is the only way to drink at noon, right? I found this at the supermarket a while ago, and I've been thinking about drinking it when summer comes. This is the first time I've had it, Akatake. I've been curious to try it. I love fruity drinks. The balance of sourness and bitterness that comes afterwards is so good! Yum! I'd like to try a variety of Akatake drinks, but I can't buy any near me. But when I think about the cost of shipping, I can't help but wonder. It costs a lot of money to drink good sake from all over Japan. But someday! I promise!

Hello! I'm just guessing from your past posts, but I think you're from Tokyo, akk^o^. Is it hard to sell them there too? If you're in Nabeshima or something like that, you can buy it at a liquor store about a 30 minute drive away, but not in Akabu 😢.

I'm a resident of Tokyo, but I live mostly in Yokohama City (Kanagawa Prefecture) 😥 Akatake is a liquor store and some of the A lot of liquor stores in my area don't carry this rare brew, which is only available at a limited number of special stores. Yes~! 😭

Kintai Bridge, one of the three most famous bridges in Japan with its five arches, is located in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. There are five sake breweries in Iwakuni City. The otters are too famous. Five bridges that remind you of Kintai Bridge. My favorite gangi, which I respect and love. The golden crowned black pine tree is a stable and delicious brew. And finally, the fifth and final one is this Kinjaku, which I drank for the first time when I was out drinking for the first time. And I was surprised! One sip and it's overwhelmingly delicious! It's just so good! The sweetness of the fizzy pineapple and the deliciousness of the rice in a big way. It's a rush, but it's followed by an exquisite acidity, with a hint of bitterness at the point where the sweetness is well integrated. It is a sake that made me want to feel the "I want to stay in the aftermath" feeling....  Five breweries on the five-arch Kintai Bridge, which spans the clear Nishiki River. It's too cool!

Today, we received a boxed lunch from the owner of the building. We had a wine glass to go with it. It has a nice, if slightly subdued, aroma.  The aroma is a little subdued, but it's nice. In the mouth, the first thing you get is a sweet taste. I don't feel any acidity! There's a long lingering bitterness......... It's not what I was expecting. I was told that cold sake was recommended, but maybe it's not my cup of tea? After it comes to room temperature, this one still tastes better, and I'm expecting a change from the second day. It is.

It's a holiday, but I worked on the installation of a display cabinet in the living room from morning. It's not so bad considering we hurriedly built it. Removing sake from the cellar and displaying wine bottles. It's finally finished with small items and wine glasses.  The sake opened here is from Iwakuni City in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The flavor spreads in your mouth all at once. The bitterness and alcohol aftertaste gave me the impression that it's a Japanese sake. The flavor is amazing! It would be nice to drink it warm.  The second picture is without the bottle, so I want to open the Kinsaku as soon as possible.

For some reason, Kyoheiji has never been drunk before. It is served from a wine glass. It has a rich ginjo aroma. In the mouth, you can feel that it is Omachi even if you have a weak tongue. It is. Mmmm yummy! It's a well-balanced sake! This could be good on its own, or it could be eaten in a mealtime saké, without being overwhelmingly flavorful!

I was curious to buy it after seeing your post on SakenoWa, but if I'm going to drink it, I'm going to drink it on a nice day anyway. I opened the bottle today because I wanted to drink it. It's so cool to look at, it's all over the place! I As for the taste, yes! It's pineapple, and it's rum! It's the kind of drink you want to drink on a summer's day, chilled to the bone! I guess today's weather wasn't hot enough for me yet, lol, this stuff will be gone soon!  I don't think this is the only time I've seen this, but I always think that the more you learn about sake, the more you learn about its appeal, the more you learn about its depth. It's deep. There are a lot of fruity sake out there, but simply, is it really a rice sake? It's tempting to wonder, isn't it? I can't seem to get out of this swamp! These days I wonder how many years it will take to conquer the delicious sake from all over the country.

Purchased at the supermarket. It's a normal sake because it's a non-standard rice. It tastes soft and fruity. You can get a strong sense of the sweetness of the rice. It has a good finish. I never get tired of drinking this sake!

 I got into sake in 2018 when I drank a bottle of raw raw sake from Gangi "Yuunagi I drank a lot of goose flies that year!  And today, we're taking a break in the rainy season. We wanted a refreshing drink after work on a hot day! So we decided to drink a GANKI Sparkling. It's sweet, bitter and contradictory, but the exhilarating sensation is unbeatable!  Next, I chose the Summer Dry Junmai, which I buy in a bottle every year and which I can't afford to miss in summer. It's simply refreshing, dry and delicious! ) Ahhhhhh, all the gangi are too good!  An excerpt from the Gangi website. From Gangi to Gangi and back to Gangi. We aim to create a sake that makes you want to have one more drink at the end, a terminal of deliciousness.  Today started and ended with a goose, and there was no drinking in between (lol), but everything It's kind of cool and I have nothing but respect for it.

美山セブンの由来は、お米は美山錦、酵母は7号酵母をつかっていることからみたいです。  美山錦を使ったお酒は飲んだ事がなく、米の違いがわかる舌を持ってないので感じたままに。  まず最初に舌にピリピリと刺激が来たあとに米の程よい甘味から程よい酸と生原酒ならではのコクのある旨味が同時にくる感じです。凄くバランスがいいです!!コレは美味い‼️4合瓶が売切れてたので、一升瓶を購入したのですがすぐになくなりそう(笑)お酒のみで充分楽しめるヤツですわ!

ジメジメした梅雨の中、スッキリしたお酒呑みたくて。 涼風と言う文字にコレだ!!とチョイス。 キンキンに冷やして…うん!美味い!!凄くスッキリとして後味もあっさりしています!清涼感ありますね!辛口ドライと言う感じかな? 常温になると、米の旨味とアルコールも感じて苦味のある後味に。これもまた良いですね!! 雨後の月、見れないかなぁ〜

酒屋さんで見つけると、ついつい手にとってしまう。 味はお米の柔らかい甘味旨味がほわぁ〜と広がり、酸味も程よくすいすい呑めてしまう。美味しい! ラベルもシンプルでオシャレですよね! 呑んだ後にいつも瓶で買っておくべきだったと後悔してます(笑)
