Kintai Bridge, one of the three most famous bridges in Japan with its five arches, is located in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. There are five sake breweries in Iwakuni City.
The otters are too famous. Five bridges that remind you of Kintai Bridge. My favorite gangi, which I respect and love. The golden crowned black pine tree is a stable and delicious brew. And finally, the fifth and final one is this Kinjaku, which I drank for the first time when I was out drinking for the first time. And I was surprised! One sip and it's overwhelmingly delicious! It's just so good!
The sweetness of the fizzy pineapple and the deliciousness of the rice in a big way. It's a rush, but it's followed by an exquisite acidity, with a hint of bitterness at the point where the sweetness is well integrated. It is a sake that made me want to feel the "I want to stay in the aftermath" feeling....
Five breweries on the five-arch Kintai Bridge, which spans the clear Nishiki River. It's too cool!
