At Ichizen, Ofuna!
It was my first time there, so I was browsing through too many items on the menu 👀.
They have a lot of Takashimizu, but when I tried to order, they recommended a "secret sake" and this one came out 😋.
I don't think I usually drink a lot of strong sweet sake, so this was a new experience for me!

The first drink was Shinsei 🍶.
The unique sweetness, sourness, and sizzling sensation is truly irresistible.
My favorite is the X type, but it's hard to find.
But I'm happy to be able to drink my favorite Shinsei!

I received this as a gift from a colleague who was on a business trip to Ehime!
When I tasted it, I felt a faint tropical flavor afterwards...like a tropical flavor...or maybe it's dry.
I drank it at room temperature without chilling it, but I heard it is recommended to drink it cold.
I will try it again later when it is chilled!

On its own, or from the get-go, maybe you won't be that into this, but if you want to refresh yourself a bit in the middle of a meal, it could be quite good.
The general served it to me at the best time.

I have heard somewhere that this sake was made so that even young people who are not very good at sake or unfamiliar with it can enjoy drinking it, and I am sure that is true.
