I bought this when I visited Takehara, Hiroshima, where Okunojima, famous for the anime Tamayura and Usagi no Shima, is located.
＋It is labeled +3, but I did not find it that spicy.
The sweet, fresh, fruity aroma spread on the palate with no bitterness. I felt a slight sourness in the aftertaste.
It was delicious.
