It has a sweet mouthfeel rather than crisp and dry, as it is said to have the meaning of chatter. It tastes like something I've had before...rice wine? I think it is a little less sweet and a little more crisp than the other ones. It was quite tasty, especially since it costs 4,000 to 5,000 yen for a four-pack! If I may say so, I would like it to be a little more assertive!

Aged 8 years, freshly bought. Comparison of drinks. The freshly-bought one is watery and light. No aroma and no sharpness. Aged, it has a strong aroma and a good sharpness. Not enough for those who want aroma and taste.

First two rabbits! Delicious 😋 Gassy, sweet and expansive Sairai? It's like a "Sairai". I like the unique aroma of medicinal herbs with a fruity note, I like it. It tastes like a slightly diluted version of Yamasan Masamune! Delicious, best 10, or maybe even 5, sharp tastes!

I got this by chance! The first time in my life, my first impression of Jikin was... it is similar to Jyushiyo! It's more refreshing than Jyushiyo, but the gasiness is pleasant. It's like a sparkling sake with apple-like sweetness, but it's elegant and has an exquisite freshness that is typical of sake. Delicious, but not as surprising as the more recent Oomine Nigori or Brewer Kuheiji!

This is the day I realized that this sake is highly regarded around the world as an elegant white wine. Compared to other dry and refreshing sake, this one has a much stronger aroma, not just a strong aroma, but an elegant yet mouth-watering muscat-like aroma. The aroma is not just strong, but elegant, with a muscat-like aroma that runs around in the mouth. The aftertaste is also good, and I personally liked the fact that it is neither too spicy nor too sweet. It has been a long time since I have tasted a sake that is simply better than sweet sake! I thought it was simply better than sweet sake.

Too good! A masterpiece! I have never roared so much with a fruity sake before! Compared to Kangiku's nigori, I think this one has a higher level of happiness! It has a wide range of sweetness, and the way the flavor expands is amazing. Personally, I prefer not to muddle it, so that it has a cooler feeling and the sweetness and freshness can be understood separately. I thought this delicious liquid was really great.
