I drank Kinmon-nishiki yesterday. I drank Kinmon-nishiki yesterday and found it to be a little too honeyed and delicate, but Miyamanishiki is well balanced. But Miyamanishiki is well-balanced and has a depth of flavor that other brands do not have. It's delicious! Sake from Shinshu has a rich flavor, just like 19! I'm going to get addicted to it!

Well, I had high expectations for this precious sake from Nagano, too. The impact of the aroma was not so strong, and the taste was more like a sweetpotato. It is a good sake on its own. Is it suitable for eating? I was expecting a modern taste, but it seems to be suitable for everyone.

To the brewery. The first Shinshu Kamerei! Nama-shu! Sake limited to the brewery...what does it taste like? Sweet potato + honey flavor? The taste is a combination of sweet potato and honey, with an elegant sweetness mixed with sake? Although it is a very popular brand, I thought the taste was a bit more for the experts. I thought so.
