The first time in my life, my first impression of Jikin was... it is similar to Jyushiyo!
It's more refreshing than Jyushiyo, but the gasiness is pleasant. It's like a sparkling sake with apple-like sweetness, but it's elegant and has an exquisite freshness that is typical of sake.
Delicious, but not as surprising as the more recent Oomine Nigori or Brewer Kuheiji!
