It was found and captured at the bottom of a refrigerator at Michi no Eki Yonezawa. After that, we stopped by Roadside Station Iide and found it here as well. Manufacturer: Yutaka Town Regional Promotion Public Corporation It has little sweetness and little umami. It was like a light, dry sake with a dash of koji. I had an image that it was sweet, but I was fooled. It is surprisingly easy to drink.

Polishing ratio 90 No additive yeast Yellow malted rice for shochu It is said to be a sake aiming for a wild taste not unlike Gohyakumangoku. This is my impression, A little heavy sweetness. There is a sourness and bitterness to counteract it. It has a dark, savory, and complex flavor, not unlike Gohyakumangoku. It is sweet and delicious.
