Next to Dewazakura Sake Brewery in Tendo, Yamagata. Next to the Dewazakura Sake Brewery in Tendo, Yamagata City. The amazake soft serve ice cream I had here was really delicious. The sake is made by infusing sake with carbon dioxide gas. They use a yeast that produces a lot of rich taste. It is not sweet and has a dry finish. It has just the right amount of umami. It is easy to drink and refreshing.
