I bought this when I went to Ojinsha Shrine ⛩️ with my favorite person, Sanmorosugi 🍶.
A special junmai sake🍶 made with the sake rice "Rohafu" and the Nara Prefecture yeast "Yamanokami Yeast".
Yamanokami Yeast is a yeast unique to Nara Prefecture, isolated from the flowers of sasa lilies in the sacred grounds of the Ogami Shrine.
I bought it in November and let it sit in the fridge for a long, long time, but now that the fridge is full of sake, I finally opened the bottle 🍶.
It was so delicious, 🥹✨.
It was a weekend that made me wish I could go back to Ojinsha with my favorite people ⛩️🙏
