I drank my first doburoku 😳🍶 while waiting for the train at Miwa station when I went to Ojinsha ⛩️ with my significant other. It had a great rice feeling and had a texture like ohagi. When you open the bottle, the fermentation process goes on and it becomes more squashy. You can also enjoy the difference in taste 🍶🍶. I found a different taste from the sake I usually drink 😳🍶. Sake is really deep 🤤🍶.
