酒のうちやまにて
山廃でお勧めはないかと聞いたところ、酸味が綺麗だから飲んでみてと勧められ購入。
酸味がほんのりで旨味十分
少しパインのようなフレッシュ、フルーティ感(パインで思い出す、流輝よりはさりげなく)、ごくわずかに感じる苦味も深みが増して美味しい。
好みのお酒でした。
