Different tank from the one I was drinking at home! But I was surprised at the slightly different sake rice ratio! I was surprised that there was just a hint of Dewa Tsanzan and the taste was different! This one is more sharp!

This is a Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu from Kangiku that I have been enjoying recently! Slightly effervescent, very nice sweetness with a robust flavor! It is my recent favorite flavor, and it is delicious!
