I got it with great interest because it is a Wind Forest No. 6 yeast!
It is very flavorful, with a muscat-like aroma, sweetness in the mouth, and a complex balance of sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste! 😋
It's frustrating that I can't describe it well because it's a very complex flavor!

I had a chance to get a bottle of Gazanryu's Saigetsu (raw sake) while going to Shimokitazawa to eat ramen🍜 for another hobby of mine!
I hadn't had it in a really long time!
It has a very fruity aroma and a supreme spread on the palate that reminds me of mangoes, and I was impressed by the taste as it quickly fades away! I was very impressed with the taste!
Shindo Sake Brewery is the brewery that originally got me hooked on sake so I remembered that first impression 😭.
It's really delicious! 😋

This is my first time drinking Akabu's Sake Mirai!
At low temperatures, the aroma spreads in the mouth, and after the delicious rice flavor, the slight bitterness is very well balanced!
At a slightly higher temperature, the bitterness disappears and the taste is refreshing!

It's quite a sweet amaurosis and very drinkable! I'm still a fan of it!
