Asahitaka天泉 新酒生貯蔵酒
四津庵Asahitaka is only available in Yamagata Prefecture by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiyo!
It was hard to get even locally, so I asked my parents to contact a local liquor store to get it and finally did! 🙌
One bottle was a present for our anniversary to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that has been a great help to us 🎁.
The other bottle was opened for home use!
It's been a few years, but the taste is always changing, so this is completely new to me!
Slight sweetness, sharpness, and aroma after drinking, all the flavors are in perfect balance and united in a wonderful 😭.
It's a taste that makes me shiver and I'm impressed! 😭😭😭
