The sweetness and pineapple aroma after the mouthful is very nice! The sourness that comes afterwards is also a good accent!
The sourness that comes afterwards is also a good accent! 🙆♂️
I've been drinking a lot of craft beer from yesterday to today's lunchtime, so I've been craving sake, so I've been sipping it at home 🍶.
I got it with great interest because it is a Wind Forest No. 6 yeast!
It is very flavorful, with a muscat-like aroma, sweetness in the mouth, and a complex balance of sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste! 😋
It's frustrating that I can't describe it well because it's a very complex flavor!
Just wonderful anyway!
I'm sipping it at home 🍶.
Yamahai is not usually drunk!
It doesn't care about that, it has a wonderful ama-uma feeling and acidity in an all-encompassing balance! I love it 😋!
This is fantastic!
I had to repeat 😅.
I had a glass of sake that I couldn't drink at home for a while!
I still like it because it has a wonderfully delicious ama-umami taste! I love it 😋.
I just think it tastes a lot closer to something like RyuGinToraHagoh 🤔.
Kangiku is still my favorite!
It is a spring sake with a clear day in the season of graduation and entrance to school.
The spread of sweetness with a pineapple feel is very delicious! 😋
A cup at the corner 🍶.
It has a slight bitterness with a light nigori sweetness and rice flavor!
It has a nice spring-like flavor! It's a nice spring flavor!
I had a chance to get a bottle of Gazanryu's Saigetsu (raw sake) while going to Shimokitazawa to eat ramen🍜 for another hobby of mine!
I hadn't had it in a really long time!
It has a very fruity aroma and a supreme spread on the palate that reminds me of mangoes, and I was impressed by the taste as it quickly fades away! I was very impressed with the taste!
Shindo Sake Brewery is the brewery that originally got me hooked on sake so I remembered that first impression 😭.
It's really delicious! 😋
I'm drinking it right now 🍶.
Junmai Ginjo Nama at Wakanami, which is much tastier these days!
This one has a wonderful aroma, sweetness, and flavor spread! 😋
Very tasty to my taste! 😋😋😋😋
This is the first Ginpu I've had!
Although the aroma is very typical of Hana-yosu, the taste is different, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which was a bit of a surprise!
I had a sip of Takeyoshi, which I got at Koyama and kept for a while, because I enjoyed it so much at the store!
The aroma, the taste in the mouth, the slight sweetness and sharpness, everything is great 😭
It's so great that I can say it's the best I've had recently 😋.
Thank you 😊
I'm sipping it at home 🍶.
This is my first time drinking Akabu's Sake Mirai!
At low temperatures, the aroma spreads in the mouth, and after the delicious rice flavor, the slight bitterness is very well balanced!
At a slightly higher temperature, the bitterness disappears and the taste is refreshing!
Surprising and very tasty! I'm very happy with it 😋.
I'm sipping it at home 🍶.
I was hit by pollen outside, so I opened a bottle of Eiko Fuji no Kiorin at home!
It's quite a sweet amaurosis and very drinkable! I'm still a fan of it!
It's still a stable favorite and very tasty!
It tastes like spring 🌸
The nigori sweetness comes first, followed by a strong spread of ginjo aroma, very much to my liking and very tasty! I love it so much!
Hats off to the hay fever, too!
