I was curious about the 4-year-old version, so I ordered it.
When I poured it, the color was Shaoxing wine and the taste was Shaoxing wine. LOL!
(I found out that Shaoxing wine is also a rice wine. (I didn't know that Shaoxing wine is also a rice wine.) Since it's unfiltered, there's some sediment, which is the end result of the ori.
(I didn't know that.) Since it's unfiltered, the sediment is the result of the ori. I don't think it's mold, though. No problem with the taste!
I drank it slowly, but as the days went by, it became a little sour and sweet.
It was a slow drink. It was not bad.
