I forgot to raise the alcohol I drank during the New Year's holiday.
Takashimizu is a brand that my parents used to drink all the time, but my daughter bought it for the first time.
The texture is smooth, not too thick, and rather flat.
It has a characteristic green apple-like acidity.
It tasted best on the second day, rather than after a few days. Maybe I was just tired of drinking it...
I would like to drink other versions.
