Kuma
Freshly opened, my impression is strawberry! 🍓
Manchurian flower-like kick in intensity.
The aroma is subdued.
It doesn't have the ginjo feel that I felt with last year's Junmai Aizan.
It is a Junmai Genshu, but it is Ginjo-like.
At first I thought it was too sweet for a food sake, but the next day the sourness started to come out slowly, and after a week it was good.
But I think Aizan is too sweet for me now. But it's cheaper than 3000 yen. I'm looking forward to the other Junmai series.
