Kuma
I bought it to drink during the year-end and New Year holidays.
It's my first time to try Haruka Junmai namaishu, so I was excited to open the bottle. At the first sip, the freshness of the raw sake, the sweetness that comes in a rush, the soft texture unique to Haruka, and that unique fruit juice like liquid with a clean watery feel all come together and spread in your mouth.
It's delicious. And it is thick. It has more power than Ginjo.
This is an energy drink!
It's so fresh and sweet that it doesn't really go well with a meal, does it? It's the first time I've ever had a Haruka that made me think it wouldn't go well with a meal.
It's actually the first new sake season since I started drinking sake at home, and I'm overwhelmed.
The second day is sweet and delicious, the third day is sweet and sour❤️, and the fourth day is calmer and has more of that delicious Haruka water feeling.
It was supposed to be a slow drink over the New Year's holiday, but even though I had other sakes open, I drank it all in 4 days.
I'd like to drink it again, and I'd like to drink the ginjo direct pumping sake when it comes out.
I hope I can find lots of good sake this year too!
