Sweet. A little bitterness like Shinshu Kameari after the sweetness.
The sourness did not come out at all.
The impact may have been weakened by the fact that I opened another sweet and heavy sake at the same time.
It was sweet all the way through. It's good as usual, but if I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I prefer the Miyamanishiki Ginjo, which changes to sweet and sour.
