Kuma
I was interested in Toyoga, where the brewer is a woman (gender has nothing to do with sake brewing, but as a member of the same sex), and tried drinking Hiyaoroshi.
It starts off thick and sweet, like a fully ripe persimmon. Slightly bitter taste.
I wasn't in a sweet and heavy mood, so I drank it little by little, but even if I wasn't in a sweet and heavy mood, it was still delicious, so I kept drinking it little by little.
Because of the high strength, I didn't feel like drinking it all at once, so it took me a while to finish it, but I think I liked it best two weeks after I finished it.
The sourness didn't really come out until the end.
I would like to try the other ones.
