Fresh aroma, slightly mellow mouthfeel, light and not too much aftertaste, just the right amount of aftertaste. It fits me, a dry wine lover.
This is the second Eiko-Fuji. There is a repeat!

Kuheiji drinks a lot. Was the last sharpness like this? Is there a possibility of graduation in the future, since sharpness has become more important lately?
Today, I was snacking while watching a movie, and the No. 4 bottle was empty. It is a delicious sake despite the yan-yan. It will be gone soon.

Sora" is a very popular sake from the Dou Sake Brewery. It was not my type of sake, so my expectations were low, but I wanted a "hiyaoroshi" from Aichi Prefecture and at the right time of year, so I brought it as a souvenir. I was pleased to find that it had a good sharpness. The aroma was subtle. I thought it was quite good at a low price. It is not my type of sake, but it is a good sake. I will not repeat the same sake, but I will try something with a different name.

Very fruity! It has a grape juice taste due to the low alcohol content. I wonder if they let the alcohol break down into sugar. I want to drink a sweet sake for a break, not as a sake! It's good for such times. It's less sluggish than juice.

The sake rice, milling ratio, and yeast are all secret. The aroma is sharp and dry with a hint of alcohol, but it is not harsh. The rice polishing ratio is not so high. The fullness of the taste is typical of Nitousato. It is delicious. I'll buy another bottle while I can.

Later. I feel the residual alcohol in the morning. This is the one with the alcohol feeling...
Junmai Ginjo
It complements a meal as is typical of Kuroryu. Good sharpness. The aroma does not interfere with the meal. It is a sake that washes off your tongue quickly.
This time, it was served at a camping trip.
Kuroryu is best served with Japanese food and sashimi.
I feel I made the wrong choice, so I did not give it a score this time.

More than dry with moderate sharpness. The aroma is not too strong and the body is firm.
I was allowed to drink something rare. I appreciate it. I want to get it for drinking at home somehow. This is one of the best type of sake ever.
Pricey though.

Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
It is smooth on the palate, does not disturb food, and has a sharp umami aftertaste. Easy to drink like water. I would definitely pair it with sashimi and Japanese food.
5/5
Easy to pair with meals. Smooth on the palate, with a fresh aroma and a nice sharpness. I have never had a hit with a sake from Kanagawa, but I like this one.

A bottle with an amazing pattern. It looks like something you'd find at Don Quijote, which is not often the case with wine. Sake with a nice aroma. The sharpness is average and normal.
Every month? They seem to release a different series every month. Very interesting.

When you put your nose close to it, it has a nice light ginjo aroma. It is not a sweet sake, but it has a lingering aftertaste. It is easy to drink because it is a daiginjo. It seems to be made for the ionic market, so it is inexpensive. Easy to drink.

A bottle that I have always been curious about at my usual liquor store. It has less fullness in the mouth than the fresh aroma would suggest. Is the sharpness just right?
I'd like to try other wines besides Omachi.

Good taste. Smooth on the palate, sweet, fresh and crisp.
I had been curious about this sake but had not bought it. This will be a heavy drinker. I like it very much.
5/5
Sake I buy on days when I feel like having a good drink today. Repeat.
Good umami, aroma, sharpness, and price. I will continue to buy it in the future.

It is easy to drink. It has a nice finish, but it is not dry! It has a refreshing summery taste. It has a refreshing summery taste. Please enjoy it chilled.
