Purchased at last week's brewery festival!
It has the strength of Fudo, but the acidity and sweetness of mizu-hashiroshi are pleasant.
It is especially delicious when heated to about 50℃ and then cooled!
We participated in the Kanzaki Fermentation Festival for the first time!
This is a limited edition brewery festival sake that was sold at the pot store!
Refreshing and delicious!
Nagori Yuki for the first time in a year!
I contacted the liquor store where I bought it last year,
I asked the liquor store where I bought it last year, and they told me that they couldn't stock it this year because the production quantity was quite low😭.
But luckily, I found it at another store and bought it immediately!
I knew that the sharp and dry nigori sake is the one and only!
The hottest rice and Mr. Agave's flowery breeze!
It has a fresh aroma of hops, bitterness, and rice flavor!
I'm looking forward to see how it would be when heated, but I'll have to wait a while before I try it!
Nama Sake Ver
Since it is not aged, I can't compare it exactly with the fire-aged version I have, but this one has the freshness of nama-zake and its own sweetness that is pleasant.
Craft Sake Brewery Association opened a booth at the pot hut held at the Red Brick Warehouse!
I've actually never experienced craft saké before...
I was thrilled to be able to taste all 6 brands they were selling and purchased a sake from Happy Taro Brewery, which I had been curious about for a while, to enjoy with the hot pot!
The tea flavor went well with the nabe.
My friend and I drank all of it right away.
@Red Brick Warehouse Nabe Shed 2024
Attended Nabeya for the first time!
I drank 3 kinds of drinks in a little drinking set, but I could only get this photo.
It tasted solid at room temperature.
It would be great if we could drink heated sake since this is a nabe and sake event...
This is the first time for me to try Amefall's mizu-hashiroshi.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 90%, there is little miscellaneous taste, and it has a moderate lactic acidity, which is quite mild for a mizu-hashi.
It is easy to be accepted by everyone.
It is so colored that you can see it through the green bottle.
It is truly an old sake! Smells and tastes like Shaoxing sake.
Best at room temperature! Winner when heated!
It is extremely tasty with a strong, powerful, fragrant, and full-bodied aroma that is like a "The!
Everything stands out because it has been aged for a long time.
