I contacted the liquor store where I bought it last year,
I asked the liquor store where I bought it last year, and they told me that they couldn't stock it this year because the production quantity was quite low😭.
But luckily, I found it at another store and bought it immediately!

Craft Sake Brewery Association opened a booth at the pot hut held at the Red Brick Warehouse!
I've actually never experienced craft saké before...
I was thrilled to be able to taste all 6 brands they were selling and purchased a sake from Happy Taro Brewery, which I had been curious about for a while, to enjoy with the hot pot!
The tea flavor went well with the nabe.
My friend and I drank all of it right away.

I drank 3 kinds of drinks in a little drinking set, but I could only get this photo.

This is the first time for me to try Amefall's mizu-hashiroshi.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 90%, there is little miscellaneous taste, and it has a moderate lactic acidity, which is quite mild for a mizu-hashi.
It is easy to be accepted by everyone.
