Purchased from the brewery along with a fresh yeast dove
Like the Namo Hashimoto Dobu, this one has a sharp taste, but it is also very elegant,
but it is very elegant.
It seems to be very good when heated.
I had been looking for a bottle since I watched NHK's "Touji-tachi no Yoru-bun" (Evening Drinks by Touji-tachi), but I couldn't find a distributor, so I ordered it from the brewery!
First, I tasted it at room temperature...
It is indeed a crisp nigori sake with a strong umami flavor. I love Kirinzan's nigori because of its sharpness,
This one is even more sharp and crisp.
I would like to enjoy it warmed or with a soda.
I bought it because I wanted to try making plum wine with sake.
I tasted a sip before pickling the plums,
It is easy to drink even at 21 degrees!
This is delicious as it is...
I have been curious about Funaguchi Sparkling for some time!
The taste is more refreshing than I had imagined!
Of course it tastes great on its own, but it tastes even better with a little sparkling water added!
Be careful not to drink too much 💦.
The high alcohol content is enough to get you drunk with just one bottle.
Not only is it delicious, but it's also great value for money!
I asked a friend who made a business trip to Niigata to buy one for me!
One sip at room temperature...
The sweetness is subdued and fragrant, with a strong alcohol taste that rushes in at the end.
I warmed up the rest of the sake...
The sharpness of the sake increases and it fits into the body easily.
Like the regular version, the Funaguchi series shows its true value when heated, but I don't understand why the brewer wants us to drink it chilled😅.
Of course it tastes great cold or chilled, but when it's heated up, the level of taste goes up to a whole new level.
This sake is made from a sake rice called Yamae Nishiki.
I had never heard of this sake rice before.
I had it warmed up, and it had a strange taste like a ripe peach that lingered in the mouth.
Delicious.
My favorite Benten Musume strong R1BY.
The manager and the clerk at Sake Street were all saying that the H30BY was terrible, and I drank it thinking that was indeed the case.
Perhaps it was because it had just been opened, but it was a little lighter in the mouth compared to the H30BY.
It is delicious in this way, but it is still not matured enough.
I wonder if I should buy another bottle of Benten Musume for aging...
It is very difficult to decide...
I like it that much.
Purchased at last week's brewery festival!
It has the strength of Fudo, but the acidity and sweetness of mizu-hashiroshi are pleasant.
It is especially delicious when heated to about 50℃ and then cooled!
