I have been curious about Funaguchi Sparkling for some time!

Like the regular version, the Funaguchi series shows its true value when heated, but I don't understand why the brewer wants us to drink it chilled😅.
Of course it tastes great cold or chilled, but when it's heated up, the level of taste goes up to a whole new level.

This sake is made from a sake rice called Yamae Nishiki.
I had never heard of this sake rice before.

My favorite Benten Musume strong R1BY.
The manager and the clerk at Sake Street were all saying that the H30BY was terrible, and I drank it thinking that was indeed the case.
Perhaps it was because it had just been opened, but it was a little lighter in the mouth compared to the H30BY.
It is delicious in this way, but it is still not matured enough.
I wonder if I should buy another bottle of Benten Musume for aging...
