lotusCraft Sake Brewery Association opened a booth at the pot hut held at the Red Brick Warehouse!
I've actually never experienced craft saké before...
I was thrilled to be able to taste all 6 brands they were selling and purchased a sake from Happy Taro Brewery, which I had been curious about for a while, to enjoy with the hot pot!
The tea flavor went well with the nabe.
My friend and I drank all of it right away.

Attended Nabeya for the first time!
I drank 3 kinds of drinks in a little drinking set, but I could only get this photo.
It tasted solid at room temperature.
It would be great if we could drink heated sake since this is a nabe and sake event...
lotusThis is the first time for me to try Amefall's mizu-hashiroshi.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 90%, there is little miscellaneous taste, and it has a moderate lactic acidity, which is quite mild for a mizu-hashi.
It is easy to be accepted by everyone.
lotusIt is so colored that you can see it through the green bottle.
It is truly an old sake! Smells and tastes like Shaoxing sake.
Best at room temperature! Winner when heated!
lotusIt is extremely tasty with a strong, powerful, fragrant, and full-bodied aroma that is like a "The!
Everything stands out because it has been aged for a long time.
lotusAged sake that has been carefully stored at the brewery.
It has few peculiar characteristics and is easy to drink even for beginners of matured sake.
lotusJunmai Koshu, the highest grade of Kenrishi.
It has the aroma, flavor, and sweetness typical of old sake, but it is more elegant than sake aged at home or other places,

Elegant Kenrishi
lotusMizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi
Delicious at room temperature and warmed up...
The flavor and sweetness of the Kuromatsu Kenrishi has been further refined.
This is one of my top 5 tastes.
lotusI finished off this year's drinking with my first bottle of Nada Nama, the Kenrishi version!
It's quite matured and tastes great at room temperature and warmed up!
As one would expect from Kenrishi!
