tknxNice fruit forward taste and a bit on the sweet side but not cloying. Enough acidity to stand up to food with a peach initial taste and melon finish.
Probably one of the friendliest sakes I’ve had and would be a good choice to introduce someone to higher tier sake.
Not sure it warrants the Demon Slayer appellation though.

Strong dry cedar taste with more mellow woodsy finish. A bit of fullness in flavor with a very light citrus vibe but relatively thinner mouthfeel. A bit of alcohol vapor but not too strong.

tknxNice fragrance and acidity. Strong lingering taste and good thick mouthfeel.
tknxThe bitters make it more of a cordial than a tasting sake. Interesting flavor profile and might be best chilled.
tknxFermented in cedar so less overt woodsiness as other tarusake but very integrated into the whole. On the sweeter side but a bit more structure than a springtime one.
tknxNice lovely fall taste, nothing too complex but very pleasant.
tknxSome initial peach / pear flavor but an underlying bitterness that feels unbalanced.
