Pink color. A bit of acetone on the nose. Slightly rough mouthfeel. Bracing acid hit with dry strawberry flavor that lingers. Would pair well with most foods but feels a bit too astringent without.

Nose is floral and turpentine. Strong muscat flavor that is almost overpowering and wine like in flavor. Finish is apples.
Definitely not my favorite as it lacks delicacy.
On the second day I decided this was not for me at all and dumped it. Which I have never done before. Did I get a bad bottle?
Room temp
Sweetness and acidity in equal measure. Works well at room temp and with sushi and salmon. Mouthfeel is slightly rough which adds some character.
Flavors are a bit generic but not in a terrible way. Very drinkable and a good choice for food pairing

Dry with a little bit of bite on initial taste. Rough almost carbonated mouth feel and a bit of bracing bitterness on the relatively quick finish. Maybe a hint of grape (but not in a wine kind of way)
Overall good but seems to lack a strong distinguishing character.

Banana on the nose. Slightly strong alcohol bitter initially but gives way to cantaloupe midway and hints of strawberry. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel which is at odds with its lightness but it works together to create higher interest.
Strong astringent cedar that softens over time. Relatively dry.
Initial notes are overwhelmed a bit but maybe a bit of Apple. Later notes are white plum but the cedar still dominates.
Nice fruit forward taste and a bit on the sweet side but not cloying. Enough acidity to stand up to food with a peach initial taste and melon finish.
Probably one of the friendliest sakes I’ve had and would be a good choice to introduce someone to higher tier sake.
Not sure it warrants the Demon Slayer appellation though.
Chilled
Strong dry cedar taste with more mellow woodsy finish. A bit of fullness in flavor with a very light citrus vibe but relatively thinner mouthfeel. A bit of alcohol vapor but not too strong.
