At the Ono's away from the KITE. The one behind Nabeshima. It's a nigori (nigory) Yamahai, but it doesn't taste like Yamahai. It's delicious! It has a yogurt feeling! I love it!

When I opened the bottle, the lid popped to the ceiling! LOL! And yet it was not as acidic as I expected. I was like, "What's that? The taste is a little strong with a little bit of umami. But it doesn't leave too much aftertaste. I drank it again two days later and found that the umami had increased and I liked it a lot! It is very easy to drink! It's refreshing but sweet! Postscript I drank it again after 3 weeks, It seems to go well with all kinds of food. I also drank Kouei Chrysanthemum Sunburst after this, but I like this one better!

Sweetness with a twang. A little bitter. Delicious! Postscript. I drank it again about 3 weeks later, but I felt it was a little bit hard to drink. Maybe it's because the Wakakoma no Bakansu I drank before drinking this was too versatile...
